Our Residential telephone plan is great for people who want to take advantage of our fantastic call rates but want to choose the contract period. This plan is available on month-by-month subscription or on a longer contract for extra discounts.

What types of accounts are available?

There are three services available on the Residential plan, as outlined below,

Full Service	12 months	$10 discount on monthly internet fee^*

How does it work?

Once you fill in the application form, you should contact your current telephone provider to advise them that you are moving your service. After your application has been processed, you will receive your telephone bill monthly through your email with your calls (even local calls) itemised for easy identification.

Am I locked into a contract?

Only if you want to be.

For example, if you bundle your internet and telephone service together on a minimum 12 month contract, you can choose between a discount of $10 on your monthly Acenet internet access fee or 100 free Local calls each month.

How do I sign up?
